Louisiana Voices Email Group

To encourage invention and inspiration among our constituents, Louisiana Voices has set up a discussion group on Yahoo! Discussion focuses on the use of Louisiana folklife studies in K-12 classrooms. Moderated by the Louisiana Voices Folklife in Education Project, individuals receive and discuss information related to the implementation of folklife studies in Louisiana schools. This information includes teaching tools, special event announcements, professional development opportunities, resources, technical assistance, newsletters, and general discussion. Individuals have a variety of message delivery options available to them - from receiving only special announcements to receiving individual emails as they are sent to the group. You have full control over how involved you want to be. If you'd like to subscribe to the list, you have two options. The easiest option is to sign up using your email in the box provided below; with this option, you are not a member of Yahoo! groups. If you'd like to become a member of Yahoo! groups, then go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/louisianavoices/ and click on "Join This Group" in the top right hand corner of the screen.
